This Digital Services Delivery Policy explains how AiVantage LLC delivers software development, AI services, and related digital work to clients.

Digital Delivery

AiVantage LLC provides software development, AI implementation, consulting, automation, and related technology services digitally. We do not ship physical goods, and no physical delivery should be expected for our services.

Project Channels

Services are delivered through agreed project channels, which may include project management tools, cloud workspaces, secure file sharing, code repositories, video meetings, written reports, documentation, or other mutually accepted digital communication methods.

Milestones and Acceptance

Project scope, deliverables, milestones, and review points are defined in the applicable proposal, statement of work, invoice, or written agreement. Clients may be asked to review completed milestones, provide feedback, and confirm acceptance before work proceeds to the next stage or is considered complete.

Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines depend on the project scope, technical complexity, client responsiveness, third-party dependencies, access to required systems, and any changes requested during the engagement. Estimated timelines are provided in good faith and may be adjusted as project requirements evolve.

Support and Maintenance

Post-delivery support, maintenance, monitoring, updates, or ongoing optimization are provided only when included in an agreed service plan, statement of work, or separate written arrangement. Unless otherwise agreed, new feature requests or out-of-scope changes may require a separate estimate or agreement.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing timely access, accurate requirements, necessary approvals, requested content, credentials, test data, and feedback needed to complete the work. Delays in receiving required information or approvals may affect delivery schedules.
