Refund / Cancellation Policy

This Refund / Cancellation Policy explains how AiVantage LLC reviews refund and cancellation requests for software development, AI services, consulting, retainers, subscriptions, and related digital work.

Deposits and Project Start

Deposits or upfront payments reserve project time, cover discovery, planning, and initial technical work, and may be non-refundable once work has begun or resources have been allocated.

Custom Project Work

Software development, AI implementation, consulting, integrations, and other custom services are tailored to each client. Fees for completed milestones, delivered work, approved designs, source code, strategy, documentation, or time already spent are generally not refundable.

Monthly Retainers and Subscriptions

Monthly retainers, support plans, and subscription-based services are billed for access to reserved capacity, ongoing support, maintenance, or advisory services during the billing period. Payments for an active or completed billing period are generally non-refundable.

Cancellation

Clients may request cancellation of future services according to the terms of the applicable proposal, statement of work, or service agreement. Cancellation does not remove payment obligations for work already performed, committed resources, or amounts due before the cancellation date.

Refund Review Window

Refund requests are reviewed case by case when submitted within 14 days of the payment date or invoice date, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. Approval depends on project status, delivered work, resource allocation, and the nature of the service purchased.

No Physical Goods

AiVantage LLC provides software development, AI services, consulting, digital deliverables, and related professional services. We do not sell or ship physical goods, and this policy does not cover returns of physical products.
